lol the chest abs and shoulders day in phase 3 is freaking brutal!
I cannot believe how far I’ve come, making protein shakes on my walk to class, squeezing in gym time between classes or in the AM.. prepping meals ahead of time in baggies… Emotionally I feel 10/10, physically not so much.. all this planning for finishing livefit and balancing Uni finals is kicking the crap out of me!
As exhausted as I am, I’ve almost faithfully adhered to the program.. I’m feel like im running the homestretch back in HS Track and Field…shoot. There’s no way in hell I’m giving up, but at the same time I know that the formula for the limit does exist when you don’t give your body does not have enough time to recover and rest. (LOL i dont know why I just ref. mean girls)
All in all, I see progress, but I think with the intense cardio sessions mixed with less hours of sleep and “Low carbing” might do worse for the long run..which means I need to really sleep and plan my meals even more intensely.
God… and I need to move out of my apt right after my last finals. FML wish me luck guyzzz <3
