holy crap

just went BEAST MODE on my “lunch” due to some hardcore Japanese project. 

lifters, did you ever have one of those days where you just devoured something like a starving third world child? (no offense) but seriously all this new muscle on me is just leeching the energy out of the foods I eat! but hey, at least that means my metabolism is just speeding up. :D

literally just forgot about the fork and shoved pieces of lettuce in my mouth with every bite. LOL. satisfiedd…for now.

Just purchased Body fortress bundle pack

for $45 eeergh. There goes some of my grant money (trying to save up for a tattoo/bikini/belly button piercing as mini-goals heh)

But I think its really really economical for a protein powder compared to the other ‘designer’ protein powders (not arguing against quality though) I went to kmart and shit was 22 for a 2lbs! I perused online and found an amazing deal on walmart 3 for 39 + I also got a shaker (FINALLY) so I’ll be set for the rest of the year(s?) PROTEIN FO DAYYZZZ

I’m almost done with my ON whey: french vanilla creme (amazing as a mix-in might I add.) :(

in other news: Did not pussy out and started Max Insanity workouts today yey!

Alcohol

When it comes down to it, I allow myself to drink on the weekends but with much more control than when I use to, when I was unhealthy, and when I didn’t know how much it wrecked your body. I try to play only a round of beerpong and stick to keeping the number of my shots, classy. (5 max) lol 

But I hate, how it fucks up my blood sugar levels! Ugh. I woke up feeling freaking hungry as HELL. I felt like I skipped yesterday’s dinner or something haha, thank god I took a centrum. Time to rehydrate and …. Cardio Power and Resistance?
