is getting up in the morning. that is all.
The intensity of the workout being hard is funn!
Day 30, being at the gym.. it was leg day. And I was scared I’d be bored by it…but phase 2 workouts are completely different. I am in love with walking barbell squats and BB step ups!! They really make me work, burn the shit out of my legs and make me start dripping sweat all over the floor. But honestly, being in front of the gym mirror, perfecting my form and then seeing the changes on my legs when I turn a little~ ….shoot. best feeling in the world :))
There was kind of alot of people at the gym today. Hence, the leg press machine was the last to go as always -___- hey but I understand.. lol its coo. Everyone gets their turn. I say early birds get first priority though haha
I’m really really physically drained throughout the day now. Especially since I’m pulling am workouts right into my classes (where I have to commute by bike yep extra cardio…) Thats why , I think I really need to concentrate on packing wholesome, carby snacks to keep my energy levels up…
Today I’m packing my nommy carrot bars and turkey meatballs. Cant wait to come back from class and eat eat study eat sleep lol…true story.
for $45 eeergh. There goes some of my grant money (trying to save up for a tattoo/bikini/belly button piercing as mini-goals heh)
But I think its really really economical for a protein powder compared to the other ‘designer’ protein powders (not arguing against quality though) I went to kmart and shit was 22 for a 2lbs! I perused online and found an amazing deal on walmart 3 for 39 + I also got a shaker (FINALLY) so I’ll be set for the rest of the year(s?) PROTEIN FO DAYYZZZ
I’m almost done with my ON whey: french vanilla creme (amazing as a mix-in might I add.) :(
in other news: Did not pussy out and started Max Insanity workouts today yey!

60 minutes is soooo long to squeeze in before classes. le sigh. 2 more months and p90x2 and livefit!
