LEVEL 2 DAY 1
I was pretty excited for the jump…and it is hard, as expected. Not by alot in difficulty but the cardio/endurance in here is much more challenging in level 1.
For example, there is a cardio circuit in there where JM makes you plank jump and mountain for 2 straight minutes back to back twice. I was dripping sweat allll over just because of that one eeeeeer.
But I love the progress I’ve made, mastering some of the repeated moves found in level 1. Such as the crow push up/ reptile pushups yay! Some of the strength training work in there was pretty tough though not gonna lie. It was alot of dynamic lifting moves that combines tough poses.
And then….6W6P. :) I love doing this program after Ripped in 30 because its longer and definitely tougher. For some reason, I still can’t pull through the last quarter of the workout and go all out and push harder at the end. My core is still stronger now though.
Hopefully, I can get through this week just I did last week. I will post of before and afters just like the last level as well.
