quickest and cleanest tuna sammich recipe evarrrr!!!
-half a can of salmon
-half an avocado
-a big spoon of cottage cheese
-hot sauce of your choice (cholula/srirachi)
mix into a pink-green mush
toast one slice of protein/sprouted bread
add a little iceberg lettuce for crunch

lololllll but really though. I’m struggling to find a camera to show you guys my progress pictures, since my cell cam has been broken for a while now. I promised you guys I would get it replaced with the droid this week, but that turned out to be an epic faillllll. Turns out I need to upgrade my data package in order to do that… -__-
In other news, I am following the livefit program dilligently. I’m currently on the last week of phase 1 and super stoked about the progress/major changes I’ve made on my body. (Holy moly… some crazy girl is screaming “I don’t fucking care” outside…hope shes okay?! :\ wtfff) My biceps are all poppin out and my abs are growing. My ass and legs are looking tight and slimmer and I’m an overall good muscle thick-slim now :) .. (believe it or not but I can fit into my old skinnies!) all in preparation for the leaning out/cutting phase where I get to see the definition and everything gets a little crazier with cardio.
Not gonna lie, not doing cardio for a month (esp. after completing the p90x/insanity hybrid) has been not only great but actually stimulating fat loss. I guess its true that too much high-intensity cardio in the long run ends up setting your body into a fat-loss numbing plateau. Phew!~ thank god for weightlifting hehe
