Cardio Day 2
Insanity Max Interval Circuit
I admit, after a week of being on/off with insanity its harder to keep up with month 2 workouts, but it hurts so gooooood. An hour of torture, bring the pain and sweat ;)
Drinking my protein shake, I think I’m going to make some korean seaweed soup tonight since its getting wayyy to chilly over here. My joints hurts so much not just from insanity but from biking in the damn cold! My house is like a mile away from campus which isnt too bad but the wind makes it longer. Sigh. Night classes suck ass.

Review:
for 35-40 minutes and 19.99 you can’t beat the price. Even though it seems at times, more a less of a knock off of p90x, I’m not complaining. Hollands a good instructor but seems kind of uncoordinated with the program. The pace of the video kind of suck because there are no markers, or counts so you end up catching up with the actors (who are all scrambling at their own pace). Its a matter of being familiar with the weight-training moves. Its actually, not even close to CLX. It’s basically high-rep, fast pace (so you get a little cardio) combined with core (the ball)
Chest and Back was pretty solid. Maneuvering the ball was difficult though… eesh.
The Fast and Furious workout was short but intense enough to get me sweaty before starting Chest and Back though. :) I’m gonna miss Insanity for a while…oh wait. Nvm. I’m actually incorporating it into the hybrid. I’m doing insanity for my cardio days. :)
time to up protein. Dinner time… asparagus and….chicken tenderloins?
My roommate surprised me with Bacon wrapped, applewood smoked sirloin filets. Which are like a whopping 480 calories each. (for one the size of my palm, may I add) It was nice of her, but I declined lol. wayyyyy too much saturated fats. Especially after this weekend home, ugh.
